Who owns the site once it's done? You do, outright. Your own GitHub repository, your own Cloudflare account, your own domain and registrar. See Process.

What counts as "support" under the monthly retainer? Small edits — text, photos, minor copy changes. New pages or features are quoted separately. Full definition on Pricing & Payment.

Do you build pages targeting specific cities or states (like "counselor websites Kansas")? Not for our own site, deliberately. For your site, local pages are built only where there's a real local angle — see Regional SEO Pages.
