I'm Paul Stefanski, and CanvasWebsites exists because I've seen website projects go wrong from every seat at the table, and I know what it takes to get one built and launched without the drama.

The Credibility Case

I've been in IT since 2001, managing teams and projects inside an IT department, primarily system and software implementations. I'm a PMP, certified in 2021.

For websites specifically, I've done it both ways:

• I've run website projects end to end — from gathering requirements, through writing and running the RFP, to deployment and launch.
• I've been a participant in other organizations' website rollouts — so I know what the work looks like from the stakeholder, content-provider, and reviewer side, not only from the project manager's chair.

What that adds up to: I know where website projects actually stall — unclear requirements, content that shows up late, decisions nobody owns, scope that drifts after sign-off — and I build the process around those failure points.
